These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weight Scale mobile application (the "App") operated by ProcessFlow, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), doing business as Weight Scale.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Service Description
Weight Scale uses artificial intelligence and your device's camera to provide estimated weights of objects. These estimates are generated by AI and are NOT a replacement for precision scales or certified weighing instruments. Weight estimates are approximate and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, commercial, or safety-critical purposes.
Subscriptions and Payments
Weight Scale offers a freemium model with 3 free scans. To continue using the App beyond the free tier, a subscription is required:
- Weekly subscription: auto-renewing
- Yearly subscription: auto-renewing
- Introductory pricing may be available for first-time subscribers
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
Disclaimer of Accuracy
The weight estimates provided by Weight Scale are AI-generated approximations. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any weight estimate. Use the estimates at your own discretion. We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the weight estimates provided by the App.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProcessFlow, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProcessFlow, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App or reliance on weight estimates.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
